Customers are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if an item different from what was originally ordered was mistakenly delivered.

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, even if there is no fault with the product. In such cases, all delivery and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If the correct item was delivered but the customer is unsatisfied, a refund request may be made within 14 days of receipt. Please note that a 20% deduction will be applied to cover styling and internal logistics costs, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

All returned items must be unused and in the exact condition in which they were originally received.

The refund and exchange policy applies only to items returned within 14 days from the delivery date confirmed by our delivery partners.

Customized items or orders made specifically to a customer’s request are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
